Program Contributions

Caregiver Connections relies on contributions from those benefiting from our services, individual donors and grants to fund our programs. Contributions from those we serve help us cover some of the costs of operating our programs.

Senior Spot

The suggested contribution for The Senior Spot is $30 per day for Senior Spot. You will receive a letter after the end of each month with your suggested contribution amount based on participation. Please note, ability to pay is not a requirement and financial assistance is available (see below).

Care Consultations

We do not charge a fee for our Care Consultations. We hope that if you benefitted from our Care Consultation service, you will make a contribution in any amount you can.

Medical Supply Closet

Again, we do not charge anything for borrowing medical equipment from our supply closet. However, contributions in any amount are appreciated.program fee is $30 per day for The Senior Spot and a letter is sent at the end of each month with the contribution amount based on participation.

Activity Buddies

If your loved one has been matched with an Activity Buddy, the suggested contribution is $20 per visit.

Send a check to Caregiver Connections, PO Box 9727, Avon, CO 81620 or drop it off at the Senior Spot. If submitting a check, please write “Adult Day Program” in the memo section.

Financial Assistance Available

Respite Passport

If your financial situation makes it difficult to the monthly contribution, our donors have made it possible to offer a limited number of Respite Passports to cover some or all of the cost of participation for caregivers who apply. You can apply here.

Colorado Respite Coalition Family Voucher Program

Family caregivers caring for loved ones with extensive health care need are encouraged to apply. This program is a payer of last resorts, meaning families are eligible if they do not receive another source of respite funding (i.e., Medicaid waiver, AAA funds). Apply here.
