I understand that I am participating at my own risk in programs and events conducted by Caregiver Connections: Resources for Senior Care (CC), including, but not limited to, the Senior Spot Program. I understand and agree that CC does not provide me with insurance coverage of any type, regarding any injury, loss or liability that may arise through my participation in these programs and events. I agree to release and hold harmless the CC officials, boards, officers, and employees from all losses, costs, claims, damages and liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses for which county or any of its officials, boards, officers, and employees may become subject to, insofar as any such losses, claims, damages or liabilities arise out of, directly or indirectly, my participation in these CC programs and events. By signing this acknowledgement and Waiver of Liability, I agree to abide by all rules and regulations pertaining to this program or event. I further agree and understand that the CC is not responsible for my actions, and I release and absolve CC from any liability associated with these programs and events.
