Dementia Caregiver Support Group

Families and caregivers of those affected by Alzheimer’s or another dementia meet on the second Tuesday of each month.

Avon: The second Tuesday of each month from 4:30-6:00 p.m. at the Eagle River Presbyterian Church
Eagle: The fourth Tuesday of each month from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at Castle Peak Senior Living

Parkinson’s Support Group

Families and caregivers of those affected by Parkinson’s are invited to join an Eagle County Support Group facilitated by Caregiver Connections in association with the Parkinson’s Association of the Rockies.
