Finding In-Home Caregivers
Being an unpaid family caregiver is extremely stressful and most need the support of at least a part-time paid caregiver to lessen your load and provide necessary respite. We have created a resource for families, “Guide for Finding In-Home Care,” that provides everything you need to know about what type of care is available and where and how to find it.
We have also created a private Facebook group, Eagle County Caregiver Classifieds, where family caregivers can connect with paid caregivers looking for work.
If you haven’t already consulted with Our Aging Life Care Professional, please contact us at support@getcaregiverconnections.org or by calling 970-445-0312 to schedule a Care Consultation. We can help you feel less overwhelmed with a one-on-one meeting to help answer personal questions, find solutions and connect you with appropriate resources and learn about respite programs such as our Senior Spot adult day program where your loved one can spend quality time with others while you get a break.
