Medical Supply Closet

We offer used, durable medical equipment on a temporary basis to people with disabilities in need. Typical items include wheelchairs, walkers, commodes, shower benches, transfer benches, bed rails, canes, etc.

We also have some quantities of unopened packages of incontinence products and other unused/unopened disposable products. All items are received on a donation basis therefore we may not always have the item you are seeking.

If wanting to borrow equipment, you:

· Must live in Eagle County.

· Return the piece of equipment when finished using it if it is still in good condition or notify Caregiver Connections if it is broken/not usable.

· Must sign a waiver of liability release.

· Accept the piece of equipment for the purpose it is intended to be used and “as is.” Borrowers are responsible for cleaning items to their own satisfaction.

If you are donating, all items must be in good condition and reasonably clean.

If you are in need of medical equipment/supplies or have supplies to donate, please complete this form. Someone will reach out to you in 24 to 48 hours. Our Closet location is in Eagle and by appointment only. 

We do not charge a fee for borrowing medical equipment from our supply closet but contributions in any amount are appreciated. Make your donate online and indicate it is a Program Contribution for the Medical Supply Closet or you can send a check made out to Caregiver Connections to PO Box 9727, Avon, CO 81620 with Medical Supply Closet written in the memo.
